Three Steps to Success.

Analysis

Master Advantage cannot develop an effective and successful training plan without first doing research on your industry/market/customers and sales challenges. Therefore, our first meeting is usually with the key decision maker of the company, such as a VP of Sales and Marketing or C-level executive. We learn from YOU, exactly what is going well, what isn′t, how we can relate it to some form of training and improve the situation. We take careful consideration of your “pain areas”, review your 3 top objectives and discuss openly your expectations of training. Once a clear vision of your specific, customized training is mutually realized, we begin the art of designing a program that fits you.

Curriculum

Our training topics range from teaching new sales teams, individual top performers, new managers and executive management. Yet, once we have completed the “Analysis” portion of our services, Master Advantage will have a clear understanding of the type of curriculum that will serve your company. The customized training will be a combination of existing and newly created material to fit your individual needs. The material presented is usually done in a format to present to a group or individual as a handout. We do also write manuals for our “Train the Trainer” program for each of our training topics

Implementation & Training

Once you have chosen the curriculum in which the training will be delivered, we will work with you to decide the perfect venue for your team. It may be 1:1 training, (hourly/daily), team classroom training, daily/weekly workshops, bi-weekly training, and/or management training. We will deliver a “scope of work”, outlining the objectives and expectations of your training.

Our training is customized to meet the needs of your team. We work with you to develop the right content and emphasis to compliment the corporate training goals.
